  • Sales Team

    • 1.

      Establish customized sales strategies and operational plans for domestic and overseas markets, and propose equipment necessary for semiconductor manufacturing environments tailored to customer process conditions

    • 2.

      Responsible for the entire sales process from customer response based on technical understanding, quotation preparation, to project acquisition

    • - Domestic: Understand customer requirements and propose optimal equipment and systems, perform technical meetings, quotation responses, new market development, and sales strategy establishment
    • - Overseas: Conduct technical consultations, quotation responses, and contract negotiations, and lead project acquisition and equipment supply through communication with overseas partners

  • Technical Sales Team

    • 1.

      Propose products and services that meet customer requirements, and expand business opportunities through market research and new customer development

    • 2.

      Aim to maximize customer satisfaction throughout the entire process from proposal writing to project management and post-quality response

    • - Product and service proposals according to technical specifications: Accurately understand customer requirements and propose products or solutions that meet them
    • - Market research and new customer development: Analyze market trends and discover new business opportunities
    • - Proposal writing and negotiation: Write proposals optimized for customers and discuss and select product specifications
    • - Project management: Oversee project schedule planning and execution, and systematically coordinate human resources and tasks
    • - Quality issue response and after-sales service: Respond quickly to quality issues that may occur after product supply to improve customer satisfaction

  • Technical Operations Team

    • 1.

      Perform on-site setup and commissioning of CMP process slurry supply equipment, and respond quickly and accurately to technical issues that occur during equipment operation

    • 2.

      Contribute to improving equipment quality and customer satisfaction through collaboration with headquarters technical organization based on field data

    • - Equipment setup and commissioning: Verify performance and safety through equipment installation and commissioning, and support customer acceptance
    • - Customer technical support: Perform diagnosis and emergency response for problems that occur during equipment operation, and provide broad support including functional improvement requests
    • - Technical communication hub: Share data collected from the field with headquarters development and technical teams to contribute to equipment quality improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement

  • Production Technology Team

    • 1.

      As a key core department of equipment manufacturing process, establish the technical foundation for overall production and secure stable quality and delivery competitiveness through optimal process operation

    • 2.

      Each part of Process Technology, Design, and Technology Development collaborates organically to provide customer-customized solutions and maximize production efficiency through manufacturing standardization

    • - Process Technology: Strengthen manufacturing competitiveness through production data-based process management, partner technical support, and production environment improvement
    • - System Development: Design optimized control systems and provide user-friendly interfaces
    • - Design: Secure structural completeness and functional stability of equipment using program design

  • Quality & Safety Team

    • 1.

      As a core organization that secures customer trust through product quality assurance and workplace safety management, and maximizes process efficiency and stability

    • 2.

      Composed of three parts: QA, QC, and ESH, leading quality management and safety culture establishment

    • - QA: Establish and operate comprehensive quality systems from quality policy establishment to supervision response to secure customer satisfaction and quality reliability
    • - QC: Perform quality management centered on equipment and processes, data analysis, and improvement activities to secure production quality stability and efficiency
    • - Safety & Health: Protect worker safety and health through process-specific risk factor management and prevention-centered safety and health activities, and practice safety culture and regulatory compliance

  • Management Support Team

    • 1.

      The Management Support Team is a key department that creates an efficient and stable work environment at the center of company operations, overseeing overall corporate administration and resource management including finance, purchasing, HR, and general affairs, providing practical support so all departments can focus on their core tasks

    • 2.

      Understanding the characteristics of semiconductor equipment manufacturing and closely collaborating with production sites to manage human resources, funds, materials, and systems organically, effectively responding to rapidly changing environments and realizing substantial management

    • - Finance: Budget management, fund operation, accounting settlement, accounting ERP system management
    • - Purchasing: Raw materials and parts procurement, parts delivery and partner management
    • - HR: Recruitment, talent development, salary and welfare operation
    • - General Affairs: Asset and equipment management, facility management

  • R&D

    Maximize innovation and efficiency of production processes through new technology research and parts development, and secure technological competitiveness through patent acquisition

    • - Technology and market trend analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze technology/market trends to discover research and development projects
    • - Technology research and development: Establish and operate mid- to long-term research projects, research and develop core components and new technologies to contribute to maximizing precision and efficiency of production processes
    • - Technology documentation and patent application: Document research results and proceed with patent applications
